Who are your clients exactly?

We work with people who provide services in the aging care market including: home care, home healthcare, home hospice, private duty home care, both medical and non-medical, assisted living and a handful of other business types who cater to the aging care market.

Our clients tend to be really good at what they do; however, most have never been taught exactly how to market or set up systems in order to ALWAYS be successfully attracting, converting and retaining new clients. Our clients tend to be owners or directors looking to reach the next level of success, or to solve problems and issues they are experiencing in their business. Clients range from start-ups to those who have been in the business for many years.

How are you different from other “business/marketing coaches?”

We are experts in online and offline marketing and business development for the aging care market. We use our strategies in our own businesses, so we know they work.

Although we do include strategies on time management, goal-setting and some other business development topics, we primarily focus on marketing results for your aging care business. We work with small to mid-sized businesses. We will work with  large corporations from time-to-time, but will typically refer large businesses to other coaches or companies.

What this means to you is that we are laser focused on your growth and anything and everything that works for a small to mid-sized business that serves aging seniors and their families.

That said what you’ll get from us is not just education. We’re all about doing and you’ll be expected to take serious and consistent action. Who is your program not a good fit for?

We are very selective in who we will work with. Those who are not a good fit for us are redirected to other resources that can be of great benefit for them. Resources that can better prepare them to be able to work with us in the near future. Time is the most valuable asset we all have and we want to make sure that we allocate the time necessary to get our clients who are the best fit, the results they desire.

Our aging care marketing programs are NOT for those who have zero revenue coming in and are in financial despair. That’s not to say that we will not work with them, just not right away. In our experience, people in financial disarray do not tend to trust and follow recommendations we give them and do not do the work necessary to get the results they desire.

The second type of person we refuse to work with (without exception) are those who suffer from what we call excusitis. It is highly likely that we will not work well together and because we value our time and yours, don’t want to waste it, or any of your money.
