ABOUT PAM WITT & ANTHONY SIMONIE

   Pam Witt

pamwittphotomayWelcome! I’m Pam Witt.

I’m a wife, mother of three, and a new grandmother. I currently live in Kansas City Missouri “The Show Me State”, and I love antiquing, gardening, interior decorating, volunteering at church youth activities and of course whipping up some “family favorite” dishes.

My goal is to add more value to your life than you ever dreamed possible by giving you tools that you can immediately use to improve your business and life.

I’m a born-n-raised “farm-girl” from the very small town of Scribner Nebraska, who learned at an early age how amazing it feels to help others gain joy in their life.

How I got Involved In This Industry

When I was a teenager, I worked after school delivering evening snacks to residents in a local nursing home. I loved giving the residents an encouraging word and making them smile. I knew then that I was meant to be in the healthcare field and helping others.

After graduating from college, I started working at one of the largest healthcare software developing companies in the world, where I later oversaw high level client relationships and developed large marketing campaigns. This is where I “cut my teeth”, learned the tremendous power of marketing and providing genuine value and massive goodwill.

After 16 years of client relationship management and marketing at this major company, my deep-seated need to make a more meaningful impact in healthcare came calling and I took what some of my friends called a “leap of faith”.

The Event That Caused My Paradigm Shift

The passing of a close family member made me realize that I wanted to help people provide the best quality of life for their loved ones. I always wanted to become a registered nurse and everything within me said I just had to just do it.

So I left my high paying corporate job and was jobless for 1 year, while I went back to school to become a registered nurse.

I wanted a more hands-on position in order to be able to help people on a more personal level, even though it came with a big cut in pay. PLUS, I wanted to spend more time with my family and wanted a flexible schedule.  It was the best decision I have ever made.

In the healthcare business, you realize more than ever that “life is a gift”. Life is too short and none of us can afford to miss those special moments that happen in our lives, whether it’s a music recital, baseball game,  or a much needed vacation to your favorite hideaway.

Why I decided To Leave Nursing

Although I LOVED nursing, one day I decided to leave the profession, at least from a hands-on clinical perspective. The reason?

As I’ve gotten older (and wiser), I realized that I wanted to reach my highest potential and purpose in life. I wanted to use my passion for helping others to make a much larger impact in the world. Even though taking care of people as a nurse helped me fill this void, it just wasn’t enough. Let’s just say I have a healthy dose of positive discontent and I’m always looking for ways to contribute to a higher purpose and improve no matter how great things get.

On top of this, I have personally experienced the immense challenge that come from trying to provide adequate care for an aging parent, while trying to juggle a career and taking care of my immediate family at the same time.

This is the very same challenge that an estimated 65 million other good-willed people face in America every day. These are people that need help. The type of people that if communicated with properly and effectively, can become your customers. Customers in which you can make a huge difference in their lives.

Because of these things, I knew that I could offer my passion and knowledge to a much wider audience, helping many more people by bringing my knowledge and expertise to the internet, offering it to all who have the desire to reach their fullest potential as well. People like you!

My Dirty (Well, Not Really) Little Secret

I actually have a dirty little secret (well, it’s not really dirty, it’s actually a really clean secret) that most people don’t know about me is that when I left my corporate high-paying  job, I really didn’t need to get another job or start a business because I had already set myself up for retirement.

I pursued becoming a nurse and then creating the NAPHC because I genuinely love people, being part of a team, contributing to a greater purpose and even more importantly, I absolutely love seeing people come alive when they implement a specific piece of advice or a strategy we give them, and realize that the lifestyle they’ve always wanted, but just couldn’t quite achieve, finally becomes a reality.

How The NAPHC Was Born

I’ll never forget the evening that the NAPHC came to be. It was during a winter late night conversation I had with my son-in-law that this amazing idea came to life. He had traveled to town as he did every year to spend time with the family during Christmas.

Just as we always did when they came to town, we put a pot of coffee on, sat down at the dinner table and caught up on each others’ lives, discussing everything from the milestones my grandson was reaching, to business, and life.

During that conversation, Anthony (who is also a co-founder of the NAPHC), told me that he wanted to take on another project. One that would make a major impact in people’s lives, not only from a business perspective, but also a positive impact that could be felt by a much wider audience as well. People who really deserve and need to be helped.

Being adopted and raised by his grandparents, he’s always been drawn to the elderly. The wisdom, the stories, the knowledge, and the character they radiate. He felt that he owed his life and success to his grandparents, who had adopted him at a young age and helped shape him into the person he’d become as an adult.

His grandmother was a person who believed in never giving up and would do what was necessary and beyond to reach a goal. One major goal being, to consistently push people up by encouragement.

It was his grandmother’s true passion for helping others that he ultimately credits for his desire to see others succeed. It was not uncommon for his grandmother to bring home strange people (and animals) whom were down and out and offer them a meal and a haircut.  His grandfather told him that once as a little girl, she even brought home a stray goat!

Anthony had experienced tremendous success and helped thousands of people through the businesses he’d created. Because he implemented tested & proven processes and systems, his businesses were at a point where they mostly ran without him having to be involved as much, which freed up a lot of time for him to take on another project.

He originally decided to automate and make his businesses more “hand-off” due to a near death experience that his son (my grandson) had a couple years earlier. This caused him, as it would anybody to reflect on his life and to be reminded about how precious and short life is, and that he wanted to spend as much time as possible with those he loved most.

After a while, he just couldn’t resist the urge to create another meaningful project.

Because Anthony is one of those people who loves the science behind marketing, advertising, and business development and absolutely loves seeing the positive impact the strategies he teaches his customers has in their lives and businesses, he couldn’t stay away.

PLUS, because Anthony is an expert in automation and systematizing business processes, this new project wouldn’t take that much time away from his family, once it was up and running.

He had also researched the aging care industry and noticed a tremendous void in the market for “real” and updated marketing, and business development strategies that were tested and proven, rather than being based on theory alone. On top of this, most of what is being taught (and practiced) was either lacking, dangerous to long-term success, or completely outdated, which is a recipe for disaster in a world where changes in technology, marketing and advertising happen almost daily.

He knew from previous discussions that I wanted to take my passion for helping others to a higher level in the home care and aging care field and asked me if I’d like to put our passions together and make our goals a reality.

It was like fait for me because this was exactly what I was looking for. I knew that my marketing and clinical expertise and experience combined with all of his knowledge and expertise and experience was the perfect recipe to fulfill our higher purpose and help others in the aging care market do the same.

So, we got to work on what is now known as the NAPHC.

What I Want For You

My main objective is to help others obtain freedom in their lives by helping those who own businesses, are directors, or managers in the aging care market to set up systems and processes that allow them to work on their businesses, rather than just in them.

This includes those involved in businesses within the home care, home health, home hospice, assisted living and other aging care fields, including both medical and non-medical services.

To date, I’ve been involved in the healthcare, home care, and home health care industry for more than a combined 33 years, and I love it!

My marketing experience combined with my extensive experience in healthcare, home care and home health markets, allows me to identify key trends and opportunities which provide benefits to businesses in the aging care market.

I believe you must bring your whole self to the business table if you want to thrive in today’s game. This includes your personality, your spirituality and most importantly your sense of humor.

I also believe that marketing is THE greatest money-making and world-changing skill on the planet. And everyone — from home care business owners, home health business owners to hospice business owners and assisted living businesses  — need to learn  this invaluable skill.  Why settle for your business being just okay when it can be fantastic?!

This is why we created the NAPHC. You can learn about our company here.

My team and I care deeply about you and are committed to not only get you results, but make learning irresistibly fun.

Through our videos, products & services, and programs, you’ll learn and get access to practical tools you can implement today to give your business the kickstart needed to expand your market.

Anthony Simonie:

meHi, I’m Anthony. Welcome

I’m a husband to Jill and father to our adopted son Myles.

I am the founder and co-founder of multiple successful offline and online businesses. I love camping, fishing, hiking, riding ATVs, and creating amazing experiences for my family, friends and clients.

My favorite thing to do (Besides spending quality time with family) is helping others reach their goals in business and in life.

It Wasn’t Always Rainbows and Puppy Dogs.

Prior to becoming a successful entrepreneur, I was running on what I call the “Hampster wheel of doom”. Maybe you can relate. I had a fancy corporate job with the largest medical device company in the world. I was responsible for marketing and sales in a territory that produced tens of millions of dollars for the company.

Although I accomplished much and received many awards, no matter how hard I worked, the company always wanted more from me. I was running fast, but going nowhere.

To everyone on the outside looking in, I had it all, a beautiful wife, an amazing home, and a six-figure job.

What they didn’t see was all the blood, sweat and tears that went into creating this lifestyle. They didn’t see the negative affect all the stress, traveling, and being away from family was having on my health.

I wanted out, but felt stuck. The more I felt stuck, the more unhealthy I became. I wanted true financial freedom and knew there had to be a better way, but I didn’t know how to get there.

The Day That Everything Came To A Screeching Halt

One day, everything in my life came to a screeching halt and it caused me to want the freedom I desired more than ever.

Here’s what happened:

In the middle of giving a presentation to an auditorium full of medical students and physicians, I became a little dizzy. It was the Social Anxiety Disorder I had beaten from my past showing its ugly head again. I developed this when I was 17 years old after I’d lost my Nana (grandma). She and my grandpa adopted and raised me as their own, and when we lost her to cancer, it rocked me to the core.

I eventually beat the disorder after years of dealing with it, but not before it robbed me from many experiences with friends. I couldn’t do much back then because being out in a crowd set off panic attacks. It was awful.

When the symptoms started to come back during that presentation, I decided that was it. I was going to find a better way of life. A more rewarding, less stressful high revenue source, where I could provide for my family, and one that I would receive the long-term financial benefits for the hard work I put in. Something, where I would not be forced to start over again each new year, with a newer, higher quota than the last, with the same or less pay.

My First “REAL” Business

Almost coincidentally, I was approached during  that same time period by a friend who shared an idea for me to get out of my high stress job and start my first “real’ business. I say “real” because during my last six months at my corporate job, I had tried both network marketing and real estate investing, both of which didn’t work out so well.

So I took the risk and started this service-based business. It wasn’t long before I was making more money in a few months than I was making the entire year at my six figure corporate job.

Things were going well. I expanded my business into two additional states and provided jobs for multiple people in my family, who during that time had nowhere else to go. It was rewarding. It felt great!

I Finally Had Enough!

So, I quit my corporate job, which felt amazing at the time; like I was removing a huge anchor from my neck. No more stress, so I thought.

I quickly learned that in business if you don’t implement systems, understand and keep up with the ever-changing landscape of marketing, advertising, systematizing processes, customer retention strategies, and keeping the competitive edge, you can find yourself in a world of hurt.

Although I had vast experience in marketing and sales, (over 10 years at that time) it was much different as a business owner. I had many hats to wear simply running the business and marketing and advertising was a full-time job in and of itself. Not to mention, keeping our employees happy and productive, and the list of other “fires” I was responsible for putting out.

I was back in that high stress environment again, only now it was worse because I had three businesses in three different states that had to be run. I was going down the same stress ridden path that I had worked so hard to avoid.

The Day That My Entire Life Changed For The Better

Everything changed for me back in 2008 when I attended a marketing seminar. The cost to attend was $2000.

I remember having the biggest aha moments I’ve ever had in business. I learned little-known tactics, strategies, and all about automated systems for consistently attracting, converting, and retaining new clients. Systems and know how that could take my business to new levels of success.

During that seminar, I met a guy named Ryan. Ryan was making a big name for himself in the marketing, advertising, and business development space.

We crossed paths in the hallway and I struck up a conversation with him. I told him about my challenges in business and how I wanted desperately to turn things around.

We sat there on a bench talking about strategy for a long time, and what Ryan shared with me had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. He was doing what I call a full ‘brain dump” on how I could not only turn my business around, but also how to automate most of it and grow it to new heights, which would free up a lot of my time, PLUS save me tens of thousands of dollars in the process.

Turns out, the secret to running a well oiled machined of a business that affords you the lifestyle you want and makes lots of money in the process, has nothing to do with how good-looking you are (Obviously I’m no Brad Pitt), kissing rear ends, being an expert in your industry, spending loads of money on marketing and advertising, nor hiring a bunch of employees.

The strategies he shared with me had everything to do with learning how to eliminate wasted time, money, and effort, which led to a significant decrease in frustration and stress. How you might ask?

This has to do with the biggest lesson I learned from him, which was to learn from others who had come before me and reached the level of success I desired to have. To connect with people who have already figured out how to reach the levels of success you want to reach and model yourself and your business strategies after them, learning new cutting-edge practices, avoiding costly mistakes and allowing you to short-cut your way to that success.

Deciding To Invest In My Ongoing Education Was THE Key

I decided to hire Ryan as a mentor. That was over seven years ago. It wasn’t cheap, but it was the best investment I’ve ever made. Although over the years I’ve invested nearly $100,000, (and still continue to further my education in marketing and business development to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars every year…) the results have been nothing short of AMAZING!

Since then I’ve started and grown multiple successful serviced-based and online training companies, that have produced multiple millions of dollars in revenues, including my first training business that nearly reached $1 million dollars in revenues the first 12 months in business, and has since sold more than $4 million dollars in training, and served more than 10,000 customers and counting.

The best part was that I discovered how to be more efficient by streamlining, automating, and eliminating the things that don’t work, which allowed me a lot of extra free time to spend with those I love, doing the things I love most.

I’ve been involved in high level mastermind groups and had the priviledge to work along-side the likes of William Shatner, best selling author Guy Kawasaki, the CMO of Beach Body, multiple other Silicon Valley superstars, and multiple large service-based businesses, who reel in hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenues.

These closed private groups allow us to know what’s working now, as a result of tens of millions of dollars spent on testing by these high-end companies.

The result? We get the insider knowledge of what works and more importantly what doesn’t, without using our own money to test.

How This Affects You

The point is that in life and in business, there is no sense in trying to “reinvent the wheel”. When you want something, find someone who has already achieved what you want and “nail yourself to their hip”, if they’re willing to share with you, and learn and implement all you can from them.

Hiring a good mentor or joining a group of like minded professionals, can bring you huge returns on your investment like it has for me, and lots of my clients. This is also the best way to further your education to get the results you desire, and eliminate your competition along the way.

Because I’ve had the amazing benefit to cross paths and learn from some of the most successful people in the world, I’ve had the ability and honor of helping thousands of people increase their success, and realize their higher purpose in life and in business. I want to now pass that valuable information along to you, so that you can reap the benefits as well.

My goal here at the NAPHC to make an incredibly positive impact in your life, which will help you fulfill your goals as an aging care business owner, director, or manager, which in turn, will improve the quality of life in not only your life, and client’s lives directly, but also in their family’s lives as well.

There is no better feeling, than to make a real difference in your community and we look forward to helping you do that to the very best of your ability and beyond!
